We estimate and tender for landscapers
Send us the drawings. We measure the quantities, price them to your rates, and hand back a submission-ready tender.
What we do
Quantity takeoff
Every scope item measured straight from the drawings, itemised line by line.
Priced bill of quantities
The BOQ built and priced against your own rates, with risks and exclusions flagged.
Tender submission
A submission-ready package in the builder's format: priced schedule, scope, inclusions and exclusions.
Scope and contract review
We check the scope and risk clauses before you sign, so you know exactly what you're on the hook for.
Variation pricing
Variations priced and documented properly, before the work is done and the leverage is gone.

Bid more, win more
Most landscapers bid 2 or 3 tenders a month. Our clients bid 8+.
Winning work is a volume game: roughly 1 in 10 quotes on open tender platforms turns into a job. With the measuring, pricing and paperwork off your plate, you bid more tenders, measured more accurately — same win rate, four times the tickets in the draw.
- 4x
- more tenders submitted every month
- 95%
- measured takeoff accuracy on every bid

The old way vs working with us
Doing it yourself
- Quoting nights and weekends after a full day on site
- Rushed takeoffs, missed items, margin priced away
- Tenders skipped because there's no time to price them
- Guessing at scope gaps and hoping
Hiring an estimator
- $90k+ salary plus super, before they've priced a single job
- One person's capacity caps how much you can tender
- Sick leave and annual leave stall your pipeline
- Still needs your time to manage
Working with us
- Fixed fee per tender, only when you have one
- Scale up in busy periods, nothing owed in quiet ones
- A team, not a single point of failure
- You review a finished draft, not a blank page
Book a call with an estimator
Bring a live tender if you have one. We'll tell you what it would cost to price, how long it would take, and whether it's worth bidding at all.

Frequently asked questions
Fixed fee per tender, quoted up front once we've seen the package. Price depends on the size of the drawing set and the number of trades in scope. You'll know the cost before we start, and there's nothing to pay until you approve it.
Turnaround depends on the size of the drawing set - we confirm the date alongside the fixed fee, before you commit. Tight closing date? Tell us on the call and we'll confirm whether we can hit it.
Yours. We measure the quantities and structure the BOQ, then price it against your supplier costs and labour rates. The margin call is always yours to make.
An itemised quantity takeoff, a priced bill of quantities in Excel, a scope of works with inclusions and exclusions, and a clarifications list for the builder. If the builder issued a pricing schedule, we complete it in their format.
Fine by us. Plenty of clients want measured quantities only and price it themselves. The fee drops accordingly.
Landscaping is our core trade, and we also price civil, concreting and demolition packages. If your trade isn't listed, ask. If we can't measure it properly, we'll say so rather than guess.
Nobody. Your rates, suppliers and margins are covered by a confidentiality agreement and never shared between clients, including clients bidding the same job. If two clients ask us to price the same tender, we tell both and let you decide.
No. Pay per tender. If you're bidding regularly and want us on call, we can set up an ongoing arrangement, but there's no lock-in either way.
